Security Standards

PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) is a set of strict comprehensive requirements created by card issuers, intended to ensure and regulate the security of sensitive customer information. Any company processing, storing, or transmitting credit card numbers must be PCI DSS compliant. Card Access Services holds the highest level of PCI DSS accreditation.

Staff recruitment processes and background checks

All staff within Card Access Services are screened and background checked. They are required to enter into an employment agreement that protects privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property. These processes include national police records checks and financial background enquiries.

An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate is a globally accepted technology that helps a customer to confirm the website they are dealing with is secure.
