Backing
Card Access Services, is the company now responsible for the supply
and maintenance of the Branch Delivery family of products formerly
provided through Keycorp Australia (Ltd). As your new business partner
in the provision of Branch Terminal and Branch Delivery systems
(pin pads, keyboards, flat screens), CAS aims to provide you with
an improved level of customer service and system options. The Card
Access Service Department is based at Silverwater, New South Wales,
Australia. The following services are available to all our customers.
Warranty
Card Access Service Department handle all warranty work on Bank
Development Systems (BDS) products sold to the customer.
Upgrades
If at any time additional features are required by the Customer
for a product, then the Card Access Service Department can provide
the upgrade facility.
Refurbishment
The Card Access Service Department also offers to the Customer the
option of refurbishment that includes the testing cleaning, reloading
of software and repackaging of the product. This can include making
the product look, feel and operate like a new product from production.
Maintenance
After a product comes out of its warranty period, a maintenance
agreement is an option available to customers. After a product comes
out of its warranty period and if it is not covered by a Maintenance
Agreement, then an individual charge per unit will apply. This cost
will always be higher than the Maintenance Agreement because of
the additional administration and unit cost tracking involved.
