The C200 device range from Card Access Services (CAS) is a complete EFTPOS solution for both front counter and mobile environments. It is ideal for retail, hospitality, teller and field service applications including taxis, trades people and delivery.

By connecting directly into your existing IP network, it provides a cost saving as well as fast transaction processing speeds when compared to traditional dial-up EFTPOS solutions. Linked to the CAS Electronic Payment Gateway - ETX, the C200 is a secure way to accept EFTPOS payments with complete transaction settlement, reporting and reconciliation.

Its small footprint (less than 14cm long!) makes the C200 perfect for front counter deployment where space is at a premium, yet it is also compact and robust for staff on the move.

The C200 features a series of integrated security layers to ensure that any information captured by the device is encrypted using 3DES, SSL and RSA before being transmitted. The device incorporates dynamic key exchange conforming to AS2805/ISO8583 payment industry standards and is compliant with PCI PED, APCA CECS and EMV.

The C200 is easily configured to meet your requirements. An API is available from CAS for easy integration into existing Point of Sale (POS) and other customer applications. Custom applications such as loyalty or EMV can be written for the terminal using the CAS Software Development Kit (SDK). CAS also provides the C200 as an OEM device suitable for direct integration into existing designs. This includes vending machines and portable POS devices.
