TELE Virtual Terminal
The TeleTerminal product is a telephone payment solution which allows the merchant to take Real-Time payments using their touch tone phone. Using the TeleTerminal solution, the merchant dials the TeleTerminal Interactive Voice Response number, logs in using their Identification number and PIN and is then ready to enter a cardholder's payment details.

Intended Market
The TeleTerminal solution is aimed at mobile merchants who need to accept payments on the road but who don’t want to carry any additional equipment to do so.
Software Security
Transactions performed through TeleTerminal are encrypted using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which prevents the transaction being interfered with in transit.
Notification
After every submitted transaction, the TeleTerminal service will send back to the merchant a receipt and response as to whether the payment has been successful or unsuccessful. The TeleTerminal service also supports SMS receipts and Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC). |
