Card Access Services offers a range of hosted or stand-alone telephony solutions, from Bureau Interactive Voice response (IVR) service to fully scalable 'Call Processing' software and hardware solutions.

For smaller businesses, Card Access Services offers a hosted service, which enables them to offer Interactive Voice Response or Call Centre services to their customers. Larger Business may wish to purchase CAS Call Processing software and hardware, totally integrated into their existing business systems, to provide their clients similar services.

All Telephony products come complete with online reports and tools which can be managed via the 'Client Services' page on this website. As a Telstra Partner, CAS can also organise 1300 & 1800 numbers as required by its customers. CAS is also a Telstra Service Provider for the 1900 product range.

1900 Services

 

 

 

1900 is a national service provided by Telstra that bills the calling party for access to the service they require. A percentage of the call cost is paid back by Telstra, which is available for revenue sharing between the Service Provider (Card Access Services) and the Client.
