CAS now offers its own flexible teleconferencing service, dubbed "MultiCall".

Now you can set up a phone conference anytime, from any phone, without the need for special equipment or operator assistance.

Several flexible conferencing products and pricing plans are available to best match your individual needs. Ideal for Tele-tutorials, legal or medical consultations, escalation of technical support calls.

 
  HOW IT WORKS :
Teleconferencing

Conferences can be set up as phone-in, where participants ring a particular number at an agreed time, enter an access code, and are then patched into the conference. The CAS Conferencing service can handle upwards of 30 callers simultaneously and allows additional features such as private conferencing rooms and also 1:1 chat rooms should people need to privately consult during the conference.

To book a conference, please call Card Access Services during business hours to arrange a conference time. Conferencing time can only be booked by Credit Card payment. Pricing starts at just $0.80c per minute.

MultiCall step by step:

Just follow the steps below to get instant access to MultiCall Tele-conferencing:

Step 1

Call (02) 9906 7209 to receive an access code and a PIN number and to pay for your time.

 

Step 2

Inform the other conference participants of the access code (not the PIN number), the number to call ((02) 9478 7978), and the starting time of the conference call

 

Step 3

At the agreed time, call (02) 9478 7978. At the prompt, choose the 'create' option. The other participants choose the 'join' option. Then supply your access code and PIN number when prompted. The other participants just enter the access code

 

Step 4

You are now in conference. As each of the other participants joins, a voice will inform you of their party ID number.
