The CASPay desktop and mobile Software application from Card Access Services (CAS) is a new suite of software services which allow Merchants to take payments using the Card Access Services CASPad devices for Card Present Transactions

The CASPay software comes in two distinct versions: one is specifically designed for Pocket PC & mobile devices; the other is designed for use with any internet enabled, desktop PC. The CASPad itself can be swapped between the desktop & the mobile device by using Bluetooth or a USB connector.

Compressed Solution

Due to its small footprint (less than 13cm long!), the CASPad reader is perfect for office deployment and so compact & robust that it can be given to staff on the move.

Applications for the CASPad include mobile payments, loyalty, staff identification and security access for PC & network access.

Software Security

The CASPay application uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure that data transmitted back to the CAS Payment Gateway is secured against unauthorized parties.

Physical Security

The CASPad features a series of integrated security layers ensuring that any information captured by the device is encrypted using algorithms such as Triple DES or RSA before being transmitted. The casing for the device meets with AS2805 standards.

Connectivity

The CASPad supports a range of different connectivity options including Bluetooth and USB which allow it to fit into any client’s solution.
