CALL CENTRE APPLICATIONS
The Call Centre Payment Applications are a series of API (Application Program Interface) and software programs designed to replace the bank issued EFT Terminals.
Most bank terminals are provided by a particular bank and communicate via dedicated phone lines, which are often slow, costly & unreliable.

Solution Architecture
The Call Centre Payment Applications are based upon Card Access Services’ ECom Gateway products. This enables a business to develop their internal systems in a manner that simplifies the process for call centre staff to access the cardholder and payment details.
The Call Centre Payment Applications offer 1024 Bit RSA encryption as well as Public / Private security keys that are issued between the call centre and Card Access Services.
Transaction Security
The operator enters the payment information into their browser. The Application interface encrypts the transaction details and submits them via the CAS Payment Gateway for Approval.
The Call Centre Payment Applications also support Merchant and Cardholder notification by various methods such as SMS or e-mail.
Reporting
The Virtual Terminal provides full reporting, including a dynamic breakdown by staff member, client or transaction. The Virtual Terminal also offers a reference field so that jobs can be tagged with a customer reference number.
